About Us
As experienced personal injury attorneys, our founders understand the challenges faced by law firms in drafting persuasive settlement demands. That’s why they developed AI Demand Pro, a true AI solution that empowers you to deliver accurate and compelling demands efficiently.
Better, Faster, Stronger AI-Generated Demand Drafts in Less Than 30 Minutes
As practicing plaintiff’s personal injury attorneys with more than 100 years combined family experience in the field, our founders knew that one of the most important processes that personal injury attorneys undertake before going to trial is the creation of a complete and thorough demand package that accurately summarizes the liability, medical treatment, and damages at issue in the case for the defendant’s insurance carrier.
Finding in-house demand writers who can draft accurate, persuasive demands in a timely manner is often one of the great hiring challenges for growing law firms, particularly when considering the training needed to teach new hires how to read medical records and glean the pertinent information from them into the settlement demand. Even once properly trained, summarizing the plaintiff’s medical records (which can often be quite voluminous) frequently creates significant bottlenecks in the demand creation and settlement process among competent in-house staff.

Solving Legal Bottlenecks in the Demand Creation and Settlement Process
In an effort to solve this problem, other companies have tried to outsource the demand generation process for law firms by using basic automation and their own paralegals (usually overseas) to summarize the medical records and draft the settlement demand for law firms. After testing the competing products in the market over the past several years for use in their own law firm at Easton & Easton, our founders discovered that none of the existing options offered the solution that practicing personal injury attorneys actually needed. In most cases, the turnaround time for a completed settlement demand ranged from one to four weeks, except for the most basic single-provider cases, which still had an average two- to three-day turnaround.
Even more troubling, with most of the products they tested, the companies advertised a per-demand cost in the $500–$750 range, but once tested in practice, they learned that this cost only applied to small single-provider settlement demands. In many cases, where the plaintiff was treated with numerous providers, these companies applied multiple “credits” to a single demand, frequently driving the per-demand cost above $1,000 and over $7,000 in some cases.
The result was that these services became unusable and useless for the very cases where they would provide the greatest benefit to personal injury attorneys (i.e., cases with voluminous medical records). In almost all circumstances, the per-demand cost was so high that it would have been unconscionable to invoice the cost to the client’s case as a case cost (as these companies advertised they would do).
Having thoroughly tested the market, founders Matt, Travis, and Brian Easton knew there had to be a better way. Driven to generate settlement demands better, faster, and at lower cost, they spent more than a year in-house developing AI Demand Pro, a true AI settlement demand generator that can deliver a strong, thorough settlement demand summarizing all medical records in less than 30 minutes.
After experiencing how significantly this tool could revolutionize their own law firm, they became convinced they needed to share it with the masses with a reasonable, flat, per-demand cost that never increased based on the number of medical records (whether they are 10 pages or 10,000 pages) to ensure practicing personal injury attorneys could use this service on every case—particularly the ones with voluminous records where it would benefit them the most.
